So far, so good. My heat is not yet on, but I am sure that Big Mountain will honor their promise to have it up and running yet today. Greg arrived ahead of schedule, and provided good communication to me throughout his visit. He was very courteous and professional, like I have come to expect from everyone at Big Mountain.
